Your Skills:
- You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in Customer Success Management and/or Project Management.
- You are a strong communicator and possess analytical thinking skills to understand complex issues and present them in a structured manner.
- You are a team player and actively work with your colleagues to further develop our internal processes.
- Your strong problem-solving skills set you apart: No challenge is insurmountable. There is always a solution.
- You are proficient in MS Office, ideally you have experience with CRM systems.
- Sound experience in handling large amounts of data is a plus.
- You are Swiss or familiar with the Swiss mentality and can communicate authentically with our customers.
- Fluent Swiss German and German in spoken and written form are required, as well as good English skills; other languages are an advantage (e.g., French).
Work Setup:
- 40 hours per week (trust-based)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, no shift work
- Permanent employment contract
- Work location: 100% remote - residency in Switzerland
- Team: 12 colleagues
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the proactive support of our B2B customers, continuously evaluate the tools used, and derive optimization approaches if necessary.
- You will focus primarily on our Swiss customer base and make both technical and organizational decisions.
- You will onboard new customers to ensure optimal use of our product.
- You will advise B2B customers from various industries on technical or organizational challenges and work closely with your colleagues from Tech, Customer Service, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering, and Product.
- You will support communication in project implementation.
- You will collect feedback from our B2B customers and pass this information on to the Product team to ensure the continuous development of our product together.
- You will not only support our customers remotely but also visit them on-site to ensure optimal advice and support.
