Requirements
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- Genuine passion for customer advocacy
- Strong understanding of the retail industry and its unique challenges (highly beneficial)
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client‑facing role (required), preferably within a remote setting
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and adept at managing time effectively in a remote work environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and other customer management tools (essential)
- Ability to articulate product value propositions clearly and persuasively (crucial)
