Our client, a trailblazer in the Leisure & Sports industry, is actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Customer Success Manager to join their expanding global team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Nigeria. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients, ranging from individual athletes to sports organizations, derive maximum value from our innovative sports products and platforms. Your primary goal will be to foster long-term relationships, drive adoption, and minimize churn through exceptional support and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities: Proactively engage with a portfolio of clients to understand their goals, challenges, and how our products can support them. Conduct regular check-ins, product demonstrations, and training sessions remotely. Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition and quick adoption of our solutions. Monitor client health scores and proactively address any potential issues or risks. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and usage patterns. Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements. Collaborate with sales, product, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product suite and the broader sports industry landscape. Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and resources. Qualifications: Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in the sports or technology sector. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients. Strong understanding of the leisure and sports industry and a passion for athletic pursuits. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote environment. Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. A dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connectivity. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
