Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities for improvement, offering tailored support and solutions. Develop and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation to empower customers and internal teams. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to ongoing support. Achieve key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a related customer-facing role. Strong understanding of common software applications and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely. Patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Proficiency with CRM software and helpdesk ticketing systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
