The Remote Data Analyst plays a vital role in analyzing pharmacy data to support internal clients. This position involves using advanced analytic tools to offer valuable insights that empower our clients to make well-informed decisions across several areas, including pharmacy benefit plan performance, claims forecasting, pricing savings analyses, member disruption, key initiatives, and auditing. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Analyze comprehensive claims data from our internal processing system and various external sources.
• Exhibit critical thinking and contribute to collaborative problem-solving in a team setting.
• Benchmark, validate, and test solutions in real-world environments.
• Develop analytic solutions to address operational and strategic business needs, aiding both new and existing projects.
• Assist in the definition, development, design, prototyping, testing, and implementation of analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and validation across models and reports.
• Transform business requirements into actionable intelligence for leaders.
• Partner with solution architects to design scalable data solutions that can handle large datasets.
• Possess a strong understanding of data warehousing, data pipelines, and data visualization tools.
• Adhere to RxBenefits's Information Security Management System and all company policies.
• Be a driven self-starter, displaying creativity and a results-oriented approach while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless analytics feature development and report progress to executive leaders as necessary.
• Collaborate with data engineers, technology architects, and product developers to design effective data pipelines, models, and visualizations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years development experience with SQL, with familiarity in Snowflake preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to convert complex data models into actionable insights for executives and business leaders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly present results and methodologies.
• Demonstrated history of successful project delivery.
• Proficient in collaboration and cross-team problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data visualization and the capability to choose the appropriate visual techniques to meet business needs.
• Strong knowledge in designing and building data visualizations that provide business insights and drive decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits:

We are committed to fair compensation practices. The anticipated salary range for this role is $64,000 to $81,000 annually, depending on factors such as experience and skills. This position is also eligible for short-term incentives based on individual and business goals.
