To further develop and expand our watch collections, we are looking for a Product Developer Watches (f/m/d) with strong, hands-on experience in the watch industry. This role is ideal for someone who understands how watches are built, knows what makes a design commercially successful, and can confidently manage the journey from first idea to final production.

You know how to turn creative ideas into technically feasible, high-quality products — and how to balance aesthetics, functionality, cost and timelines along the way.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to assess watch designs from both a creative and technical perspective
• Good understanding of current watch market trends, customer preferences and competitive positioning
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several products, timelines and stakeholders at the same time
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
