Our client, a dynamic player in the Arts & Entertainment sector, is looking for a creative and results-driven Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to amplify our reach and engage audiences globally. This fully remote role offers the exciting chance to shape and execute innovative digital marketing strategies for our diverse range of artistic projects, events, and talent. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive ticket sales/engagement, and build a strong online community. We need someone who understands the nuances of marketing creative content and can translate artistic vision into compelling digital narratives. Experience with analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights is crucial. You will work closely with creative teams, artists, and event organizers to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall objectives. The ability to think outside the box and experiment with new digital channels and strategies is highly valued.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing digital marketing strategies for arts and entertainment projects. Managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement and audience growth. Creating and curating compelling content (text, images, video) for digital platforms. Implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Managing and optimizing PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads). Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote events. Analyzing website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Generating regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights for improvement. Collaborating with artists, performers, event organizers, and creative teams. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or media industries. Demonstrable expertise in social media marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing is essential. Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and digital advertising platforms is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative copywriting. Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting within the entertainment landscape. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design/video editing tools is a plus. This is a 100% remote position.
