In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Web Strategy to enhance the web experience by translating strategic goals into actionable improvements. You will collaborate with IT, marketing, and CMS teams, ensuring that the enhancements you implement will improve user experience and conversion rates. Accountabilities

• Partner with Director of Web Strategy to define, scope, prioritize, and deliver website enhancements.
• Act as day-to-day product management liaison between IT and marketing.
• Manage and monitor the intake process for content and feature requests.
• Maintain documentation for internal best practices and web metrics.
• Support requests for site audits and oversee content inventory projects.
• Contribute to SEO, CRO, accessibility, and personalization initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior data to recommend optimizations for UX and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements for web initiatives.
• Support cross-team training on web strategy-related tools and processes.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in digital strategy or web product management.
• Strong understanding of website optimization and UX/UI best practices.
• Experience working with CMS platforms like Sitefinity or Sitecore.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and site auditing tools.
• Experience with analytics and user behavior tools like Google Analytics.
• Working knowledge of Core Web Vitals and site performance optimization.
• Ability to translate business goals into user-focused solutions.
• Experience collaborating across IT, marketing, and content teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
