Accountabilities

• Collaborate with Regional Professional Services Directors and Global Engineering teams.
• Define and enhance global best practice standards for technical solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of standard design patterns in client solutions.
• Act as an intellectual peer to engineering and information security leaders.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing complex technical service delivery teams.
• Deep expertise in Content and Information Management technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Flexibility to work across various time zones with potential travel.
