We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Your Responsibilities

Due to growth, we are hiring a hiring a Remote Director of Growth Marketing with the following experience:

• Marketing generated pipeline
• People leadership (you will manage 3 people, and hire more)
• Working for rapid growth SaaS orgs
• AI, and using AI to make you a more effective marketer

Job Duties

• Growth marketing strategy for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
• Own pipeline and revenue targets for campaigns, lifecycle, ABM, and events
• Forecast revenue, KPIs, and accountability for marketing sourced and influenced pipeline
• Manage 3 marketers from day one and hire and manage more shortly
