Accountabilities

• Lead the onboarding and long-term engagement journey for members.
• Create sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs that enhance user experience.
• Manage the creative direction and execution across various marketing channels.
• Mentor a high-performing marketing team and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of marketing experience, with 4 years in leadership roles.
• Strong background in digital health or women's health marketing.
• Proven track record in building and scaling marketing functions.
• Expertise in product marketing, positioning, and messaging.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Exceptional copywriting and creative direction skills.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics.
