Accountabilities

  • Provide senior PM leadership and strategic oversight for drug development programs.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Program Global Product Leader.
  • Own and drive integrated program plans and critical paths.
  • Organize and facilitate key team meetings with clear agendas and documentation.
  • Accurately maintain and track detailed timelines and milestones.
  • Identify key dependencies, risks, and issues, and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain dashboards for program status and critical path updates.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communications for project updates.
  • Lead governance reviews and executive program presentations.
  • Champion consistency in PM practices across the team.
  • Support development of PM tools, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of biotechnology/pharmaceutical experience with 7+ years in project/program management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and connection of program activities to portfolio objectives.
  • Proven PM fundamentals, including meeting, timeline, and risk management.
  • Proactive and able to operate under competing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experiences with project/portfolio management tools and collaboration systems.
  • Formal project management training or certification preferred.
  • Oncology drug development and regulatory submission experience preferred.
