About the role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented and strategic Remote E-commerce Growth Manager to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience. This role is fully remote, allowing you to shape and execute e-commerce strategies from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer acquisition funnels.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online revenue and market share. Manage and optimize product listings, website content, and user experience to improve conversion rates. Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing, specifically for e-commerce. Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Manage the online customer journey from acquisition to retention, focusing on building customer loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives. Identify and evaluate new e-commerce technologies and platforms to enhance online performance. Manage online advertising budgets and ensure a strong return on investment. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve. Lead a virtual team or collaborate effectively with external agencies and partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related online business role. Proven track record of successfully growing online sales and managing e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing as applied to e-commerce. Experience with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely. Experience with various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a self-directed, remote work environment.
