What You’ll Do

| Campaign Execution & Automation | Set up, schedule, and launch email flows (welcome series, billing reminders, promotional blasts, re‑engagement). Use automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot) to trigger timely messages. |
| Deliverability & Spam Resolution | Monitor sender reputation, manage DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and troubleshoot spam complaints. Work with ESP support to resolve deliverability issues quickly. |
| Performance Monitoring & Reporting | Track key metrics (open, click‑through, conversion, unsubscribe, spam complaint rates). Produce weekly/monthly dashboards and actionable insights for the marketing team. |

Who You Are
