As we delve into an exciting new domain, we are seeking experienced finance professionals to help train AI Assistant models to better serve finance experts. If you hold an advanced degree (MBA or higher) and possess industry experience, we want you on our team to guide how AI interprets financial principles and decision-making.

Responsibilities

In this engaging role, you will:

• Assess and enhance AI Assistant responses regarding macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Utilize your educational background and professional experiences to verify the reasoning and accuracy of the AI Assistant outputs.
• Challenge AI models with complex, real-world scenarios and identify areas for improvement in their reasoning.
• Provide structured and constructive feedback to enhance the intelligence and reliability of each AI iteration.

Requirements

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

• Expert-level financial reasoning.
• Formal training in a finance-related field, ideally with a Master’s or PhD (completed or in progress), although this is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant experience in areas such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and data interpretation related to finance management.
• A current or completed Master’s or PhD is preferred but not essential.
