Our client is a distinguished financial institution seeking a highly analytical and driven Remote Financial Analyst to join their Investment Banking division. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere within your home country. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting mergers and acquisitions, capital raising activities, and strategic financial advisory services. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, building complex financial models, and preparing comprehensive presentations for clients and senior management. This role demands exceptional quantitative skills, a strong understanding of corporate finance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities include: Developing detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, M&A, and comparable company analysis. Performing valuation analyses and preparing investment recommendations. Conducting due diligence on potential transactions. Assisting in the preparation of offering memorandums, prospectuses, and other client-facing materials. Researching industry trends, market data, and economic conditions relevant to client transactions. Analyzing financial statements and key performance indicators of public and private companies. Supporting deal execution and transaction processes. Collaborating closely with deal teams, clients, and other advisors. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial markets and regulatory requirements. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A strong academic record and demonstrable experience in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation are essential. Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity is highly preferred. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for presenting complex financial information clearly and concisely. The ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting is crucial.
