Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing annual brand plans and strategies. Conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights to identify opportunities. Driving product innovation and line extensions from concept to launch. Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Managing the brand's P&L, sales performance, and profitability. Collaborating with sales teams to ensure effective in-market execution. Working with advertising and media agencies to develop and implement campaigns. Monitoring brand performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations. Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Leading cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and growing consumer brands. Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market analysis. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using market data and insights to drive brand decisions. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working effectively in a remote team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Creativity and a passion for building strong consumer brands.
