Key Responsibilities

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility across devices and browsers.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
• Contribute to project documentation and assist in planning and estimating development tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, web performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in frontend development or a related role.
• Prior experience working on remote or distributed teams is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with an expectation to overlap partially with [company’s core hours – e.g., 9 AM to 5 PM GMT] for team collaboration.
