Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments for candidates with our recruiters for in-depth screening
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the number of meetings arranged, interviews facilitated, and hires resulting from your leads

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
