Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Remote HR Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. Responsibilities

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and hiring best practices.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
