Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Remote HR Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and hiring best practices.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring across multiple industries or roles is highly preferred.
- Prior remote recruiting experience is an added advantage.
