Responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and hiring best practices.
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring across multiple industries or roles is highly preferred.
• Prior remote recruiting experience is an added advantage.
