• • Adhere to company policies and employment laws while recruiting.

• Required Skills and Qualifications • • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.

• • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.

• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
