Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and transaction analysis.
• Conducting thorough industry and company research to support deal origination and execution.
• Preparing pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and other client‑facing materials.
• Assisting in the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
• Performing valuation analysis, including comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow modeling.
• Supporting senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations.
• Staying abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting the financial industry.
• Collaborating effectively with team members across different geographies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a top‑tier university is required.
• A strong academic record with a GPA of 3.7 or higher is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and corporate finance through internships or prior roles is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is a must.
• Familiarity with financial databases such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or CapIQ is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
