Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy focused on connecting innovative companies with exceptional IT professionals, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote IT Recruiter. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier technical talent for a diverse range of client needs. Your expertise in sourcing niche IT skills and building strong candidate relationships will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles, including software development, network engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and cloud computing. Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active IT professionals using a wide array of tools and platforms. Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and foster positive relationships with candidates. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their technical requirements and provide market insights. Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and ensure data integrity. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the offer acceptance and onboarding process. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and their impact on the IT job market. Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand within the tech community. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Qualifications: Proven experience in IT recruitment, demonstrating success in sourcing and placing candidates for technical roles. In-depth understanding of various technologies, programming languages, IT infrastructure, and software development methodologies. Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage a high volume of requisitions in a remote environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
