Position: Remote ITSM Software Architect for Cloud Migration and Automation
Lead the transformation of an Enterprise ITSM ecosystem as a Software Architect. Focus on cloud migration, workflow automation, and identity management, all while enabling efficient service delivery.
In this role, you will analyze and design workflows to migrate from an on-premises platform to an advanced cloud solution. This position is crucial in identifying gaps and modernization opportunities, ensuring the upgraded system integrates seamlessly with existing processes. You will also develop architectural documentation and validate compatibility post-migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current workflows and configurations
- Design automation for account-related tasks
- Migrate workflows to the cloud efficiently
- Develop documentation for new architecture
- Implement ongoing performance reviews and corrections
Requirements
- Valid Secret-level clearance with the Government of Canada
- 7 years of hands-on experience with ITSM solutions
- Two complex workflow projects with advanced components
- Knowledge of BMC DWP Catalog and integrations
- Direct experience in developing workflows with APIs
