The Role:

We’re on the lookout for a BIM Manager / Architect with strong technical and coordination skills to lead and support project teams through the full BIM lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with our Irish-based team, helping to drive excellence in design, coordination, and delivery—remotely.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM implementation across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain Revit models to the highest standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models using BIM 360.
• Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans and company BIM standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants across different time zones.
• Provide BIM support and mentorship to project team members.
• Support technical delivery across a range of complex projects.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified Architect or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Revit in a professional setting.
• Proficient in BIM 360 workflows and standards.
• Demonstrable experience in BIM coordination and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Based in South Africa and available to work within European time zones.
