Remote Lead Financial Analyst - Investment Banking

Our client, a prestigious financial institution, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Financial Analyst to join their fully remote banking and finance division. The Lead Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, developing complex financial models, and providing strategic insights to support investment banking activities. Key responsibilities include performing valuation analysis, market research, and scenario planning for potential mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. You will play a pivotal role in preparing comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and investment memoranda for senior management and clients.

This position requires a strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance principles, and various valuation methodologies (e.g., DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions). You will be instrumental in supporting deal execution, including due diligence, financial structuring, and negotiation processes.
