Remote Lead Project Manager - Digital Transformation

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of large-scale digital projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure. This includes defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables; developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; identifying and mitigating project risks; and managing cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and business analysts. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are crucial for building consensus, communicating project status, and managing expectations across all levels of the organization. You will lead agile ceremonies, foster a collaborative team environment, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality digital products and services. As a remote position, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting are essential. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, PMP or Agile certification, and a minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience, with a strong focus on digital transformation, software development, or IT infrastructure projects.
