About the role
Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Lead Project Manager to guide cross-functional teams through the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This fully remote position requires an exceptional leader with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a proven ability to deliver complex software projects on time and within scope. You will be responsible for defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Key duties include developing detailed project plans, managing resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication across development, QA, and product teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. This role demands excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis on virtual team management. You will track project progress, manage dependencies, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana is essential. We are looking for a candidate who can inspire teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products in a remote setting.
