Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of post‑doctoral research experience in an academic or industry setting.
- Demonstrated track record of leading successful research projects and obtaining significant results.
- Extensive experience with a variety of molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, qPCR, Western blotting, gene editing).
- Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and data analysis software.
- Proven ability to publish research in high‑impact journals.
- Experience in grant writing and securing funding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a creative approach to research challenges.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the biotechnology sector.
- Experience with cell culture techniques and/or protein expression is highly desirable.
