Our client, a rapidly expanding technology firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to join their global talent acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a remote-first professional to play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top-tier technical talent worldwide. The Lead Technical Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for complex technical roles, and mentoring junior recruiters. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and build robust talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for specialized technical roles across engineering, software development, data science, and IT. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expertise and guidance on market trends and best practices in technical recruiting. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other specialized sourcing channels. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process. Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline health, and key performance indicators. Continuously research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Proven success in recruiting for niche technical roles (e.g., AI/ML Engineers, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Specialists) is essential. Extensive experience with various sourcing methodologies and recruitment technologies is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are paramount. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment, and build strong stakeholder relationships is crucial. A passion for technology and talent acquisition is a must.
