Remote Lead UX/UI Designer - Digital Product Innovation

About the Role

Our client is a forward-thinking digital agency seeking an innovative and talented Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead user experience and interface design for their cutting‑edge digital products. This is a fully remote position, offering a dynamic opportunity to shape user‑centered design strategies and translate them into compelling digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user research, creating user personas, and developing intuitive user flows and wireframes.
• Your expertise will guide the visual design of our digital products, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user experience across all platforms.
• You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements, translate complex ideas into simple and elegant solutions, and champion user advocacy throughout the product development process.
• Designing high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Conducting usability testing.
• Iterating on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Establishing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Mentoring junior designers, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative design culture within the remote team.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX/UI design skills for web and mobile applications.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with proven experience leading design projects and teams, is required.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision is mandatory.
• A deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design is essential.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively collaborating with remote teams and articulating design concepts.
