- Translate AI narrative and brand strategy into compelling visual and storytelling systems.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and differentiation across every customer and market touchpoint.
- Push the brand forward by balancing polish with boldness and speed.
- Build and lead a modern creative studio using AI‑focused workflows.
- Establish repeatable systems and templates that enable high‑volume, high‑impact output.
- Lead creative development for major brand campaigns and product launches.
- Support sales and marketing teams with creative that drives engagement and conversions.
- Mentor and lead a diverse team of designers and creative partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience leading brand evolution or repositioning efforts.
- Strong background in campaign development, visual systems, and storytelling.
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools in creative workflows.
- Ability to connect creative decisions to business impact.
- Exceptional taste and high standards while maintaining the ability to execute quickly.
- Excellent collaboration skills with senior leaders and stakeholders.
