SCM Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SCM Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion SCM transformations. This role will act as a trusted advisor to operations leadership, driving architecture strategy, AI-first innovation, and measurable business outcomes across supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise SCM architecture & transformation roadmap
• Advise leadership on digital supply chain strategy
• Govern integrations, extensions, and solution design
• Ensure alignment with Oracle Modern Best Practices
• Drive standardization and minimize customizations
• Provide executive-level advisory & decision support
• Support pre-sales, estimations, and solution planning
• Institutionalize accelerators, frameworks, and best practices

AI & Innovation Focus

• Lead design and deployment of AI-driven supply chain solutions
• Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise workflows
• Collaborate with AI teams to enable AI-first delivery culture
• Drive 80%+ adoption of AI-enabled processes within 6 months
• Ensure ethical AI compliance and governance

Skills & Tools

• Oracle Fusion SCM (Core Modules + Architecture)
• AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch
• AI Tools: AI Agent Studio, CrewAI, n8n
• Strong stakeholder communication & cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in enterprise integration & cloud ecosystems

Project Experience (Must-Have)

• 6+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
• 4+ AMS/support engagements with governance ownership
• Experience across multi-geo transformation programs

Education

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain / Engineering / Business (Mandatory)
• MBA or advanced SCM certifications (Preferred)
