Remote Principal AI Engineer - Generative Models

Responsibilities: Lead the research, design, and development of advanced generative AI models and systems. Develop and implement novel algorithms and architectures for LLMs, diffusion models, and other generative techniques. Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation of generative models. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into new and existing products. Demonstrated expertise in LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, GANs, or other relevant generative techniques. Proven track record of publishing research in leading AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or journals. Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience with large-scale distributed training and deployment of AI models. Deep understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistical modeling. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and algorithmic thinking skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and drive projects in a remote setting. Experience with MLOps and productionizing AI models is highly desirable.
