Remote Principal Recruiter - Technology & Engineering

Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Principal Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts within the technology and engineering sectors. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your extensive network and expertise to source and secure top-tier candidates across the globe. As a Principal Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for complex and specialized roles, building strong relationships with clients, and providing expert market insights. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and closing hard-to-find candidates, employing innovative sourcing strategies and a consultative approach. Your role will involve understanding detailed technical requirements, developing effective recruitment plans, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, direct sourcing, candidate pipeline management, client relationship management, and contributing to the firm's overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on technology and engineering placements. Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for niche roles (e.g., AI/ML Engineers, Senior Software Architects, DevOps specialists) is essential. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are required, along with a deep understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools is mandatory. You must be a self-motivated, results-oriented professional who thrives in a remote, high-performance environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
