Remote Principal Technical Recruiter

Our client, a fast-growing technology firm, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Principal Technical Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts for engineering and technical roles. In this critical position, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier engineering talent globally. You will partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leadership to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex technical positions.

This role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, including various programming languages, software development methodologies, and emerging tech trends. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement with the tech community. Expertise in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and niche job boards, is essential. You will also play a key role in shaping our employer brand and candidate experience, ensuring we are perceived as an employer of choice within the technical community.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough technical screenings, managing candidate relationships, extending offers, and contributing to onboarding processes. You will also be responsible for tracking recruitment metrics, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. Mentoring junior recruiters and contributing to the development of best practices within the recruitment team will also be a significant part of this role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, and possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proven success in recruiting for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles, including AI/ML, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software engineering, is required.
