Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management within the non-profit or social sector. Proven experience in community outreach, development, and stakeholder engagement. Strong understanding of social sector challenges and best practices in program design. Demonstrated success in grant writing and fundraising. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
