Remote Program Manager - Global Health Initiatives

Key responsibilities include the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple health-focused projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Effective stakeholder engagement and communication, both internally and externally, will be crucial. You will oversee project teams, provide guidance and support, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures. The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Public Health, International Development, Project Management, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program management within the non-profit or international development sector, with a focus on health programs, is required. Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-country projects and a proven ability to secure funding are essential. Excellent understanding of global health challenges, health systems strengthening, and community-based interventions is highly desirable. Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills are paramount. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse, remote teams and international partners. Experience with project management software and virtual collaboration tools is a must.
