Our client, a respected international non-profit organization, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Program Manager to lead and oversee critical humanitarian initiatives. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. Oversee and coordinate remote project teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and accountability. Identify and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans as necessary. Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of program activities and services. Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program progress and impact. Champion a culture of learning and continuous improvement within program teams. Qualifications: Master's degree in International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program management, with a significant portion in the humanitarian or non-profit sector. Demonstrated experience in managing complex international development or humanitarian projects, including budgeting, M&E, and donor reporting. Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively across different time zones and cultures. Strong understanding of humanitarian principles, international aid architecture, and development best practices. Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management software and methodologies. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in report writing and proposal development. Experience working in challenging environments or with vulnerable populations is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other relevant languages is an asset. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Commitment to the mission and values of humanitarian work.
