Join our client in transforming claims processing and take a pivotal role in bringing reprocessing and management in-house. In this fully remote position, you'll work with cutting-edge tools like Zoho CRM, Abby OCR, and Pro EDI, as we enhance our workflows and reduce reliance on manual invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete project execution for claims processing and EDI initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors, clearinghouses, and technology partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Act as a primary point of contact between stakeholders and external vendors.
• Facilitate the adoption of automated, industry-standard billing and claims workflows.
• Propose valuable recommendations for process optimizations and vendor solutions.
• Identify and manage dependencies among systems, vendors, and teams.
• Ensure consistent alignment across stakeholders and maintain project momentum.

Experience Requirements

• Proven success in managing projects related to EDI 837 transactions.
• Strong background in claims processing, clearinghouses, and data flows.
• Excellent vendor management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Effective communication skills with both business and technical parties.
• Experience leading projects in third-party administration (TPA) or similar settings.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar low-code platforms is a plus.
• A light technical or coding background is preferred.
• Experience in evaluating, onboarding, or replacing vendors is advantageous.
• Background in healthcare benefits, insurance, or regulated industries is preferred.
