Project Manager Role

InsideOut is seeking a proactive Project Manager to manage client relationships, oversee project timelines, and support product development and brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily follow-ups with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and project status across multiple brands
• Maintain organized communication across research → design → final creative
• Support the Founder by keeping tasks on schedule and projects moving forward
• Conduct Amazon-focused research using Helium 10 and similar tools
• Analyze: Competitors, Customer pain points, Keywords, Reviews, Market trends
• Extract actionable insights to influence: Packaging, Amazon images, EBC / A+ content, Website copy
• Convert research insights into clear, structured design briefs
• Identify: Key ingredient callouts, Benefits, Trust vectors, Marketing angles
• Replicate briefs across: Packaging, Amazon images, PDP layouts, Website sections
• Assist in shaping brand identity, messaging, and product positioning
• Collaborate with the Founder to refine workflows and creative concepts
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
• Draft short-form marketing copy for: Packaging, Amazon images, Bullet points, A+ content, Websites
• Use AI tools to accelerate first drafts and improve performance
• Apply conversion-focused messaging frameworks

Skills & Qualifications

• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive communicator
• Experience in e-commerce / Amazon private-label
• Strong research skills with Helium 10 or similar tools
• Comfortable turning research into structured creative briefs
• Basic to intermediate performance copywriting skills
• Thrives working directly with a founder in a fast-paced creative environment
• Able to manage multiple projects independently without micromanagement
