[Remote] Quality Assurance Lead / Architect ( Retail / E2E)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IT Associates is seeking a highly experienced End-to-End Retail QA Lead / QA Architect to drive quality strategy across a major Retail Transformation initiative. This role involves overseeing the QA strategy across multiple enterprise retail platforms and ensuring quality across integrated systems.

Responsibilities • Own the End-to-End QA Strategy • Define and execute E2E test strategy across retail systems • Establish QA governance across multiple software vendors • Ensure full traceability from business processes to test coverage • Drive integration, regression, UAT, data, and reconciliation testing • Align multiple software vendors to a unified QA approach • Validate API, batch, middleware, and event-driven integrations • Lead cross-system defect triage and root cause analysis • Provide executive-level quality reporting

Skills • 10+ years QA experience, 5+ years in Retail domain • Proven experience as E2E QA Lead or QA Architect • Strong understanding of retail architecture & system integration • Ability to create high-level system diagrams & integration maps • Experience testing APIs, microservices, and data integrations • Strong knowledge of inventory, order orchestration, finance reconciliation • Experience in large retail transformation programs • Exposure to omnichannel retail environments • Cloud-based retail ecosystems • Experience with 2 of more of the following : STIBO,KIBO,D365,Aptean,RELEX,Adobe Ecommerce
