This position is crucial for identifying, evaluating, and recommending potential real estate investment opportunities across various markets. Responsibilities: Identify and source potential real estate investment opportunities. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of property markets, economic trends, and demographics. Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including property valuations, cash flow projections, and ROI calculations. Develop detailed financial models using Excel and other relevant software. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including physical, legal, and financial aspects. Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees. Assess and quantify investment risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor existing portfolio performance and provide recommendations for asset management. Stay abreast of real estate market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as brokers, lawyers, and lenders. Maintain an organized database of investment opportunities and market data. Provide analytical support for property dispositions and capital raising activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a strong plus. Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, finance, or a related field. Strong financial modeling skills, particularly in Excel. In-depth knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies (e.g., DCF, comparables). Familiarity with real estate databases and market analytics tools. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong research and data synthesis skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
