Guy Last is a leading International Recruitment and Relocation company that specialises in recruiting candidates from all over the world for jobs in Dubai.

Due to our continued organic growth, Guy Last Recruitment is expanding their REMOTE team in South Africa. We currently have an incredible team of 20+ and looking for great talent to join the growing team.

We are looking for a dedicated process driven Recruiter to take responsibility of screening and processing applicants.

Responsibilities

• Contacting and screening candidates to ensure they are a good fit for our clients and that candidates are aware of relocation commitments and services we provide.
• Conducting telephone pre-screens and evaluating candidate skills and qualifications.
• Be the point of contact for candidates and maintain a healthy and consistent pipeline.
• Attend weekly meetings and liaise with the Manager.
• Book interviews (remote or face to face).
• Develop knowledge about Dubai and UAE (ongoing research) and share beneficial information with candidates.

Qualifications / Experience

• Sales and Telephone experience
• Worked in a target driven environment
• Customer service with a proactive, professional, hard-working and motivated approach
