Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative recruitment strategies for leadership positions
• Engage in proactive sourcing for leadership roles through various channels
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for key property and corporate leadership roles

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, focusing on executive and leadership roles
• Experience in Senior Living, Healthcare, or Hospitality preferred
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and advanced recruitment technologies
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
