About the role
Position Summary
The Specialist Recruiter (Wealth Management Recruiting/Sourcing) is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles within the wealth management sector. This role focuses heavily on recruiting FINRA-licensed Financial Advisors and supporting Private Client Wealth recruiting efforts across multiple territories. The Specialist Recruiter (Wealth Management Recruiting/Sourcing) will partner closely with assigned recruiters to manage pipelines, territories, and candidate flow while executing high-volume outbound sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify passive candidates within the wealth management industry
- Source talent for roles including Private Client Financial Advisors and related wealth positions
- Engage candidates via outbound messaging, phone outreach, and sourcing platforms
- Assess candidate qualifications, licensing, territory alignment, and interest level
- Present qualified candidates to assigned recruiting partners for interview consideration
- Maintain close collaboration with recruiters to support territory rotations and multiple requisitions
- Support approximately 20 open positions across New England, Mid-Atlantic, Ohio, and Michigan
- Maintain organized tracking of candidate pipelines and sourcing activity within the ATS
- Execute sourcing plans tailored to specific client groups and territories
- Maintain consistent, high-volume outbound activity while meeting performance expectations
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- Proven experience recruiting FINRA-licensed Financial Advisors
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles
- Strong understanding of the wealth management sector, including key competitors and licensing requirements
- Familiarity with competitor licenses and geographic territories
- High-volume sourcing experience with strong persistence and resilience
- Relentless “hunter” mentality with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
- Ability to organize, manage, and track candidate flow effectively

- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of equivalent professional work experience
- CIR and CDR certifications preferred

- Fully remote role with EST alignment preferred
