Our client is a leading recruitment consultancy seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring client satisfaction. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and deliver high-quality talent solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for various clients across different industries.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Develop effective job descriptions and posting strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing requirements and company culture.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Achieve and exceed placement targets and client satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and market intelligence.
- Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- A proactive and results‑driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of various industries and their talent needs is an advantage.
- A dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection are essential.
