Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals. Develop effective sourcing strategies using various online platforms and networking. Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and talent acquisition strategies. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in technology recruitment. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar talent acquisition role, with a focus on the technology sector. In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and various tech roles. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
