About the role
Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Recruitment Consultant with specialized knowledge in the technology sector. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise in connecting top tech talent with exciting career opportunities across various companies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, coupled with a deep understanding of the tech industry's hiring landscape.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier tech talent using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, databases). Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide expert recruitment advice. Manage client relationships, understanding their business objectives and recruitment challenges. Negotiate job offers and compensation packages between clients and candidates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in tech recruitment. Maintain accurate and detailed candidate and client records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Develop and nurture professional networks within the technology community. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies. Market intelligence reporting on talent availability and salary benchmarks. Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share best practices and insights. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a strong focus on the technology sector. Demonstrable success in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, IT support). Excellent understanding of the technology industry, including various programming languages, frameworks, and IT concepts. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of requisitions, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Networking and social media recruiting expertise is essential.
