Our client, a rapidly expanding and innovative recruitment agency, is seeking a talented and driven Remote Recruitment Consultant with a specialization in the technology sector. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your recruitment expertise and passion for tech from anywhere, connecting top technology talent with leading companies across the globe. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to facilitating offers and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, including software developers, data scientists, cybersecurity experts, cloud engineers, and IT support specialists. Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn), professional networks, and database searches. Develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific technical skill sets and market demands. Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide expert recruitment advice. Manage the interview process, gather feedback, and facilitate the offer and negotiation stages. Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placement volume, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential new clients and opportunities. Collaborate effectively with internal team members in a remote setting, sharing best practices and supporting collective goals. Represent the company professionally in all interactions. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a demonstrated focus on the technology sector. Strong understanding of various technology roles, programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure. Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills, with a knack for identifying top technical talent. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a remote environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience building and maintaining professional networks. Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and client needs. A dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connectivity.
